Berlateh was transformed from a sole proprietor business firm formally well known as Wah Thong Trading that established since 60’s (one on the pioneer construction company in Malaysia), to incorporated into a private limited company by shares in January 1983. This was done for Berlateh Construction Sdn Bhd to go into undertake major construction and in line with National Economic Policy objective guideline as well as to inject capability professional personnel. The founder of company wishes to implement an expansion program and invite new shareholders in the company who have extensive knowledge and keen in Project Management to take on the task of building up Berlateh Construction Sdn Bhd into major construction company in Malaysia.
